This is a 3BHk common pool standard villa in Saipem, Goa which comes with certain amenities like Swimming pool, AC in all the rooms and hall, Well equipped kitchen, Sofa and a relaxing chair, 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms and one room has a bathtub, free parking space, caretaker, 24/7 power backups, security guard etc. An additional 5k refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check in which will be returned back to guest at the time of checkout.
While check in apart from the Booking amount that has been paid online.. There will be a security deposit of 10000/- rupees. That has to be paid at the time of check in. Which will be refunded at the time of Check out. This deposit is just taken for the safety and security of the properties furniture and other items. If some thing is spoiled or broken will be deducted from the security deposit and the remaining will be refunded.
Special Requirement: As a standard we normally keep a room boy to upkeep the villa in tidy status, however if any guests seeks any personal assistance from him then they may deal directly with him for the same, because we don’t confirm any assure assistance in that regards like cooking or purchasing from the market. However we always make sure that every guest of ours enjoys a wonderful experience during their stay.
Special Note to be note: Since these villas are private entities, hence we DO NOT encourage any illegal activity (including any kind of Drugs supply/ consumption/ dealing or prostitution dealing or any other illegal activity, which Govt of India define it to be illegal) to takes place in the villa and if any guest found involved in such activities, then guest would be asked to leave the premises without any time notice & no payment would be refunded. Involvement in such illegal activities may trouble an individual in legal formalities/ Process by Govt. Agencies including local Police, Panchayat etc. and persons involved in such activities would be responsible himself/ herself to deal with such Govt legal process, Villa Owners or any person associated to business of villa rental would absolutely be NOT responsible at any point of time.
Photo ID cards: It is very much mandated to provide an original copy of Govt. authorized VALID ID Proof (AADHAR CARD or Driving License) of all residents, who would be occupying the villa for check in formalities . Our representative would only click its photo and return it to you immediately.
Swimming Pool: Costumes are mandatory and kids are need to be under their guardian while accessing the pool.
A. Cancellation of the booking by guest
1. the lead tenant must provide written confirmation of cancellation. The cancellation will come into effect once it is received by us.
2. A cancellation fee will apply as follows:
-Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the check in date – 80% refund to the customer or reschedule
-Cancellation between 30-60 days prior to the check in date – 50% refund to the customer or reschedule
-Cancellation within 30 days of the check in date – No refund or reschedule.
3. Reschedule of booking is possible for dates within 6 months of the original booking date. The duration of the rescheduled booking shall be equal or longer to the original booking. The price difference (if any) will be chargable at the time of rescheduling the booking. Reschedule is possible for one time only.
4. The prime dates (Holi weekend, Diwali Weekend and 24 Dec-1 Jan) booking will not be non refundable and cannot be rescheduled irrespective of date of booking.
5. We reserve the right to change the cancellation fee and terms at our sole discretion.
B. Cancellation of the booking by host
1. in the unlikely event that the host have to cancel your reservation we shall make every effort to make alternative arrangements. If we are unable to find alternative arrangements, we will refund your full payment.
2. If the cancellation arises due to force majeure such as acts of God, Government Lockdown, strikes, industrial action, war disturbances of any type, other government actions etc., we shall not be made liable.
3. If your booking is cancelled we cannot be held responsible for the cancellation or your flights or any travel expenses. When you book your travel arrangements they are your responsibility.
C. Refund Policy
1. On cancellation of refundable booking the refund processing will take 7-10 working days.
2. Any refund can only be setteled in the original payment methode from which the booking amount was paid.
